People's Custom Rx is the oldest and largest compounding pharmacy in the Memphis area and has provided quality products and professional service since 1969. We are equipped with state-of-the-art technology to prepare your customized medications, to maintain your profile, and to screen for drug interactions when we fill your prescriptions. Our compounding laboratories contain pharmaceutical grade chemicals and special equipment not found in most pharmacies. We also offer many convenient services such as online refills, $5 local delivery via courier, and shipping via UPS and FedEx for patients outside of Memphis.

Our pharmacy staff has 180 combined years of clinical experience and additional training. This special training includes hormone therapy, general compounding, sterile compounding, pain management, veterinary compounding, and cosmetic compounding. People's Custom Rx specializes in medications that are discontinued or no longer commercially available. A few of the many products that we formulate help children with autism, treat erectile dysfunction, provide hormone therapy for men and women, and meet the special veterinary needs of animals.
